Contextual Framework

What is a Contextual Framework and how does it work?

Now that you are back here we can reveal the contextual framework for the being of a leader and effective exercise of leadership and once you have mastered it (discovered for yourself),  it will use you. I it will then become part of who you are; your natural self expression. 

Reading it, understanding it, recalling things that are similar, recognizing similar or familiar themes and even memorizing it will lead to an epistemological (conceptual) understanding. To master the material requires discover it for your self, as we did when we discovered ‘balance’ on a bicycle. This will most likely take being in a dialog with others doing the same, taking on a project bigger than yourself, or being in a course such as university courses in Kyiv, Ukraine  or  business Courses including the Being A Leader Course taught by Vanto  or  Leadera.
