We are putting together a puzzle, and once all the pieces are assembled you will have accomplished “being a leader and the effective exercise of leadership as your natural self expression.” Erhard et al (2009) for the entire course.

In Video Format

Critically important is that we lead ourselves first, so this is not about gaining a position in life in which we are handsomely paid to boss people around. This leadership is about fulfilling concerns of parties that are relevant to some project. The fulfillment of those concerns were not going to happen anyway.

If you were committed to creating a future or futures that weren’t going to happen anyway, which fulfill fundamental concerns of the parties who are relevant to that future, then you are absolutely in the right place. If you’re simply curious about what that looks like or what it will take, you’re also in the right place.

So far we’ve touched on who we are is our word and the role of integrity in creating who we are. We are less than 1% of the puzzle at this point which so far have been covered in approximately the first 10 videos and the date is August 1, 2023.

We have three more foundational elements of the four and we have yet to distinguish a framework that is contextual, that is to say, it will use us so-to-speak like balance uses us when we ride a bicycle. We will need to be aware of how a context works. Although this course is not about mastering contexts that use us, We may take that on later but it’s not critical for the being of a leader and effective action of leadership which is what we are working on now. We will distinguish the power of a context to use us and we will apply that framework to the being of a leader and the affective exercise of leadership, which will make it part of your natural self-expression. Erhard et al (2009).

There are over 100 distinctions which might be covered in as many as 200 to 300 videos to master the conversation. And there will be further development of these ideas which are currently being placed in the top universities around the world. Your comments will assist in the fulfillment of that contribution.

Fully Self-expressed
